Difference between Tube and Pipe

Tube

Sized on the outside diameter. The wall thickness is directly related to the working pressure of the line.

Pipe

Sized on inside diameter. Wall thickness is not directly related to working pressure of the line due to consideration of material made to accommodate threading.
